To determine your size for a particular dress, we recommend that you take your bust, waist and hip measurements and compare them to the measurements found on the size chart for that dress. To see the size chart, click on the SIZE GUIDE link on the page of the dress you are interested in.

Sizing varies by designer and style, so be sure to consult the chart for the dress you are interested in. We recommend choosing the size that comfortably fits all of your measurements. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size so you can have the dress altered by a seamstress for a perfect fit.

Hoops and petticoats are designed to make your beautiful dress appear fuller and rounder. Unfortunately, the petticoat or hoop skirt is not included with your order.

We do offer those undergarments on your website. If you are interested in purchasing an undergarment for your dress, we can help you choose the right size to achieve your desired look. Please give us a call as we'd love to help you feel your best!

All In-Store Purchases will include an extremely durable garment bag with a zipper in front with each dress purchase, meant to keep your beautiful dress free of dust and debris.

Because all of our online purchases are being specially ordered for you, the dresses are sent from Designer to your front door and therefore, the dress will not include a garment bag. However, we do offer the garment bag for purchase so be sure to add one to your cart!

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Sales tax is charged for residents of Georgia only. Please remember, payments are expected in full at the time your dress is purchased in-store and online, unless you put your dress on layaway.

Standard Shipping for USA is $45 and usually arrives between 7–10 business days. If you would like to expedite your shipping, we also offer Rush Shipping and usually arrives between 3–6 business days or Super Rush Shipping and usually arrives between 2–4 business days.

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number.

Unfortunately, there are no returns or exchanges on items purchased in-store, online or placed on layaway. All Sales are Final.

Once your order is placed, you cannot change or cancel your order in any way. Therefore, before placing your order, be sure to compare your measurements to the size chart which can be found with the images of every dress.

We do our best to keep our inventory information as accurate as possible.

However, in the event an item in your online order is not available, you will receive a cancellation notice within 24 hours of your order and if possible, we may offer you some alternatives.
